Braiding Service Policy
(Applies to Knotless Braids, Boho Braids, Twists, and Box Braids)
1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits go toward your total balance on the day of your appointment.

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice — your deposit will transfer to the new date.

If you cancel or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.
2. Payments

All payments are due before the service begins.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a loss of deposit.

No-shows must pay a new deposit before rebooking.

Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair, unless you’ve booked a wash service.

Failure to properly prep hair may result in an additional fee or rescheduled appointment.
6. Service Details

No trimming is performed or included with any braiding style.

Styles may vary in duration depending on length, size, and hair type — please plan accordingly.

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use; let your stylist know if you prefer not to be included.
Client Safety & Security Policy
For the safety of all clients and staff:

No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises — this includes firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any other defensive or offensive items.

Only clear bags are allowed inside.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate refusal of service.
Hair Included Policy
All services include the cost of hair — the listed price already reflects both the service and the high-quality hair extensions provided. To maintain consistency, durability, and the best results, I exclusively use professional-grade hair sourced by me. Outside hair is not accepted unless it has been pre-approved in advance. This ensures quality control, color match, and proper installation for every client.
Microlocs Payments
Once your consultation is complete and you’re ready to move forward with your microlocs installation, I’ll create a custom payment link for you to pay your remaining balance. I also offer flexible payment options—clients are welcome to make partial payments leading up to their appointment. Each payment can be made easily and securely through a personalized link that I’ll send directly to you.
Microlocs Booking Policy
Service Overview
Microlocs are a long-term, precision-based loc style customized to your hair’s texture, length, and density.
All clients are required to complete a consultation prior to booking an installation appointment to ensure proper assessment, pricing, and preparation.
Booking Requirements

A completed video consultation and approved photos are required before booking your installation.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
Deposit Policy

The $250 deposit will be applied toward your total installation cost.

If you cancel, reschedule late, or fail to appear, your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to book another date.

Microlocs with extensions: Start at $750
Final pricing depends on hair length, density, and chosen loc size.
An exact quote will be provided after your consultation.
Payment Policy

The remaining balance is due on the day of service, before installation begins.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit/Credit, Zelle, Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna.

No refunds will be issued after services have been completed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your installation appointment.

Rescheduling or canceling within 72 hours will forfeit your deposit.

No-call/no-shows automatically lose their deposit and may be declined for future bookings.
Preparation Requirements
Please arrive with your hair:

Clean, dry, and free of oils or product

Detangled and stretched/blown out (if requested)

No braids, twists, or added hair/extensions
Failure to follow prep instructions may result in additional prep fees or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.
Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit.
